Went to their downtown location, and Will was SO helpful! He showed us a couple of different ring ideas that were exactly what I was looking for, and we'll definitely be coming back to use you guys again!

Worse than one star. Owner is boastful, condescending, abrasive, and unprofessional. Jewelry repair is shoddy, and new jewelry is more often than not flawed. Treats customers with no respect, and takes extra long for repair, without valid reason. Beware. A second opinion on anything is a MUST.

I agree with Andrea Crenshaw, one of the worst jewelry stores I have ever been into. The male owner is always in the "front of the store" and acts as staff. Impolite, obnoxious and misrepresented many items. They do shoddy work. Have everything appraised at another jeweler before purchasing.

I had the pleasure of sitting down with Chattanooga Jewelry Company to custom design a cremation ring containing my sister's ashes. Brandon and Kyle brought my dreams to reality and took me along the journey by updating me every step of the way. Highly recommend!

One of the worst jewelry stores I’ve ever been to. One of the male staff members was extremely pretentious and talked down to me like I didn’t belong there. Don’t go here unless you’re desperate.

A Very Disappointing Experience. 2 month Delay. Misleading Communications.I called the store asking if they did watch repair. I was told "Yes, Bring it on over". I drove 35 miles to find out that there was no Watch Repair person employed there. They had to send it out. I left the watch. Called back on several occasions finding that they had not heard from the repair person. Finally they gave me a price. I declined the repair. It then took another month to get the watch back although I returned to the store thinking they still had it. It was shipped to the wrong address via a UPS forward error. I finally got the watch back 2 months after leaving it there.NOT a Good Experience.

I took a watch to be repaired 2 months ago. They told me they could not give me an estimate but would have to send my watch to another location. After 2 weeks, I was informed of the estimate. I told them I would like to get my watch back and not proceed with having it repaired. They told me they would call when my watch was returned to the Signal Mountain location. 2 months later, I still had not heard from them. I attempted to stop by multiple times and they were always closed even during their posted business hours. Finally, today I was able to get my watch. It was returned to me disassembled. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Had wonderful dealings with this Jeweler. Some were purchased and some were repairs. Very pleased.
