I think its crazy that you get to the drive thru and there are 8 cars ahead of you and THEN THEY CLOSE FOR LUNCH. After we all have been sitting there for over 40 dam mins. They are so slow, I don't see WHY it should take them 20 mins to hand someone a script. If there is an issue then they should be told to LEAVE the drive thru and go inside, NOT tie up 8 or 9 drivers. I left. I will NOT tie up half of my day waiting for a prescription.

Pharmacy is ridiculous

If I could give less than one star, I would. They cannot keep up with the volume of orders they have. They have now resorted to having the scripts filled somewhere else and then coming in days later on a truck. If you need something immediately…good luck. I changed to a different pharmacy. Shelbyville could surely use another pharmacy that stays open late.

They tell you 2 hours then thirty minutes for a prescription put in 5 days ago then they tell you it got kicked out cause they didn't have it in stocks and now it has to go back thru the system and wait for the pharmacist to look at it. This place is turning into a freaking joke

This will be my last time using this pharmacy. I do not recommend it to anyone for any reason.I have always used Walgreens for my prescriptions and my family’s prescriptions. Other locations are not staffed by the rudest people to walk the face of the earth. If you regularly use Walgreens and have moved to Shelbyville, I highly recommend that you switch to ANYONE else rather than use this pharmacy.I unfortunately chose this location for my grandfather while he was in hospice and was put through complete hell trying to fill his prescriptions. He was suffering with stage 4 cancer throughout his body and had to suffer even more than was necessary due to the negligence of this location.

This is a horrible pharmacy. They never get our prescriptions correct or they don't have the medicine. If you call to verify you will stay on hold for 18 to 20 minutes. If you are in Shelbyville go to McGees. They are the best!!

Made a flu test appointment this morning when I woke up at 8am. I chose Walgreens thinking they would be easier, cheaper and faster than “fast” pace. The first available said 4:15pm. I got here and checked in at 4pm. The lady at the counter looked puzzled when I said I had a flu test scheduled. She told another associate, “I didn’t even know we did those!”. I’ve been sitting in a chair for the past 45 mins waiting for someone to come out and swab my nose. They’ve assisted countless prescriptions, and even an old man who lost his phone earlier today here. I didn’t know an appointment meant you still had to wait an hour while everyone else got assisted. I already had to grab a pack of tissues waiting.Edit 1: At 45 mins I knocked on the door. A lady behind the counter yelled out “the flu test lady is still waiting!”Edit 2: After sitting an hour and 10 mins without anyone even looking my direction, I received a text message that my flu results were ready…… I DIDN’T EVEN GET TESTED SO HOW?? I finally left and told the pharmacy staff to forget the flu test and I left. They looked at me like this was all sudden news. The line wasn’t consistently busy either. To the sweet blonde cashier lady at the front that unfortunately watched me get cut in line and bawl my eyes out, I’m so sorry. I’ve had a horrible day and I am full of emotions. I hope you know I truly meant it when I said I’m sorry. I understand business being understaffed— I do. But I sat and watched 50+ others get served for over an hour when I just needed a scheduled Q-tip up my nose.To the manager— please sanitize your keypads, counters at the pharmacy and the waiting area chairs. I’ve had a 102° fever for 2 days, along with all the normal flu symptoms. I’m sure everyone up in there is about to be sick.To everyone else reading— Don’t waste your time. Just drive to Murfreesboro or bite the bull and schedule an actual doctors appointment.

The pharmacist (Mr. Crafford) is sooo very kind and helpful! The pharmacy staff, on the other hand, is the worst, most rude and hateful people I have ever encountered. If you ask this one lady that works there to explain something her response is always “we’ve been doing it that way since I started working here.” Like I should memorize a manual. Life isn’t easy for anyone these days - they need to get it together. I transferred all my family’s prescriptions to another pharmacy in town.

You can never get anyone to answer and when they do that have the most disrespectful attitude. Pharmacy staff is very rude and needs to work on their customer service experience.
