This pharmacy is literally THE WORST! I truly believe they take pleasure in NOT HELPING their customers. I've started to have my prescriptions delivered, because the location is that unpleasant.

I’ve never encountered a pharmacy that will lie to cover up their mistakes before. I will be changing my pharmacy after this experience. I’ve had to drive there every day for the past three days to pick up prescriptions because they lied to the nurse and said I didn’t want to pick up everything, only one prescription. Luckily, I keep receipts for EVERYTHING and I took a screenshot of the scripts that said “ready” that day so I was able to prove they blatantly lied. The nurses even told me this pharmacy couldn’t be trusted.It’s very sad to run your business like this. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I can’t understand the bad reviews! Everyone there helped me get a very needed prescription that my Walgreens in Murfreesboro gave me little help with. They were amazing. The pharmacist Bobby was exceptional ! Not a person I checked with there was rude.

Wouldn’t order cough sirup from these people there rude inexperienced and never answer the phone. Try to call ahead your prescription that was sent over and they won’t answer the phone even called them to test it while I was standing in line to see if they would answer they all heard it ring and didn’t do anything about it one lady said might as well unplug it if your not gonna answer it And the woman behind the counter just rolled her eyes and kept letting it ring kinda sad to see a Pharmaceutical business treat there customers this way I will never go back to this location I will take my business to cvs!!!

The pharmacy technicians don’t seem to give a care about their job or about the customers they serve. They have made multiple mistakes on several of my prescriptions and just have a nonchalant attitude about it like it’s my problem, not theirs. I’ve stuck with them for this long because I’ve been impressed with the pharmacist himself whenever I’ve needed to ask a question, but if I can’t receive the same level of care of those underneath him, I’m taking my business elsewhere!

Whoever is answering the phone, keeps putting people on hold and never answers. I have called 3 times and they have done the same thing every time.. this is unacceptable and ridiculous. If you can’t do the job, you don’t deserve it.

Transitioned to walgreen when Tricare stopped using Walmart. Nothing but problems since 2 meds 3 problems they can't seem to keep my insurance straight then spend 15 minutes on phone to correct they hang up on me. Will try someone else

So I broke my back and got pain meds sent here. They had my prescription filled out in their hands but bc they couldn’t verify it on their computer I couldn’t get it. I had multiple papers and verification on my phone that I was prescribed this medicine. So after going all night with no meds now I’ve been pushed off on hold for an hour now on the phone with them. Do NOT get your meds sent here they don’t care if you’re in screaming pain and they have everything saying that those meds are yours but won’t give it to you

I ordered some graduation party invitations today online so I could pick them up in store. I got the card stock foil ones and they said I could pick them up today. I get to Walgreens and the lady shows me my invitations. And they look horrible! They were discolored and there was no foil printing at all. So I ask why and she said the printer doesn't print it. First off. Why would you offer same day pickup if you can't do it in that day? Why couldn't you say it would take more than one day? Because she didn't tell me that until they had already printed. Secondly she asked "would you want to see it in the glossy kind?" No I really didn't. "But the downside is you can't have anything on the back." So you're telling me I can't get what I asked for. Because you don't know how to print it. Why would I spend almost 70$ on graduation invitations when they look like absolute garbage. I needed invitations so I got the glossy ones. And needless to say these also look like freaking garbage. They couldn't even give me good envelopes they gave me the crappy ones that fall apart in the mail. I am never going to Walgreens ever again. And I'll make sure that anyone else who decides to get graduation invitations doesn't get them from here. Ps. 40 invitations in the crappy glossy option they had ran me 50$ so just get your invitations from somewhere else.

Well, today was our last day using Walgreens. I waited and waited all day on my sons pain medication to be filled. As if it wasn’t bad enough watching him scream in pain from his leg fracture. You texted me to notify me that it was FINALLY ready. Then I load up my kids (one of which is in a full leg cast and in pain.) and drive all the way to town from unionville for you to tell me you can’t fill his prescription. I asked and asked if you could send it to Kroger or Walmart so

Worst pharmacy of any I have been too. They never save my insurance, never apply it to my prescription and they wait time is always over an hour after dropping off or calling my prescription in a day in advance. A dreadful experience every time I have to go.
