Went to return a pair of shoes I paid for with cash. Upon returning them, I was told they have no cash and it needs to go on a card. Would be fine if we were avid card users. My question is how does a store not have any cash? If someone comes in to pay with cash, what do you do? Not a good way to run a business and makes no dang sense.

I live in Murfreesboro but went to this location because I went to buy my niece some shoes for school and she lives in Shelbyville. Well I noticed there aren’t a lot of shoe stores in Shelbyville so I thought I’d go here. We were in there maybe 30-40 min because my niece is so very picky and nothing was jumping out at her as something she liked so I kept having her try on different ones thinking she would like a pair. I notice one lady who worked there comes over and doesn’t say anything to us she just looks at us and then stares at the shoes behind us. I didn’t say anything that time because I thought maybe she was looking for something. Then about 5 min goes by she comes back and stares in the same spot. I figured it out then that she was ASSUMING we were stealing I guess so instead of asking can I help you find something or anything like that she just stared. I asked her did you come over to help us or just stand there and stare at us and she got an attitude saying she was counting shoes or something like that. I said well that’s weird and uncomfortable for customers when you’re just standing there awkwardly. Then she leaves and different lady that works there (Nikki) comes in the aisle and does the same thing! I asked her why do you all keep coming over here for no reason unless you think we’re stealing when you can clearly see my niece has tried on like 20 pairs of shoes. I DONT STEAL! I don’t appreciate them making us feel like that just because we took a little bit trying on different shoes. It’s not like they have multiple shoes that are the same but in different sizes. Everything is different. So when my niece did find a pair she liked they were too small/big so we had to start over and find something else. When I confronted the ladies they then walked to the other isle talking about me and laughing. When I was leaving I told them how unprofessional they both were and asked for the managers name and she said she was the manager and her name was Nikki. I asked who her manager was and she said corporate in NC. So if that is true I guess they don’t think much of these stores to let someone so rude and childish and unprofessional run their business! I’ll never go back nor will anyone I know. I will be calling corporate as well. We ended up getting my niece a pair she liked at Hibbetts nextdoor to them and they were way nicer and more helpful. I advise you not to go here. The workers have the maturity of middle school children.

There was a line 6 people deep waiting for 45 minutes while the employees were standing by the shelves talking and giggling. Even after multiple people said they needed to check out.

Of the Shoe Show stores I’ve been to this one was a bit disorganized but the staff were still helpful and the selection was decent.

If I could give negative stars I would. Very rude, lazy and unprofessional. Found the shoes I liked but were to small. When I asked if they had a size bigger the lady responded with “Nope” and turned around and walked off. I left the shoe right where I stood and walked out. Will NEVER go back here

Went in to buy my son shoes today and the amount of unprofessionalism and rudeness in this establishment amazes me! The manager and other employee working today acted like I was such an inconvenience. I will not be back to that location.

Well.i bougth a skecther.shoes.omg bad shoes i only wore them 4 hours.theyvare so hot, and the ink was deleting so i decised to ask an exchange. Lol the girl say me i can't, cause you wore the shoes....
