No unleaded coffee then guy behind counter made new .was he made was burnt and full of coffee grains. Last behind the counter doing food said she could care less another customer got that same coffee handed it to her she could care less. . two guys behind counter just stood there looking and didn't offer to put new filter and make fresh . Rick - ACTIONS SPEAK VOLUMESHAS KEPT FROM ME ENTERING YOUR STORE for last YEARAddress: 801 Union St. Shelbyville, TN [ Serv-N-go ][SHELL - GAS HERE - only i buy now]Employee: Ricky _____(DISPLACED/TRANSFERRED/PROJECTED ANGER)*This on 2 completely separate incidents that happened one onJULY 2021 &Sept. 27, 2022 [yesterday between 11:40am & NOON]**My DIGITAL MARLBORO cigarette Coupons - a customer regular i was, until this incident - had always visited cordial nite shift ladies, super nice, but since Rick isolated me, and said TAKE MY DISCOUNT or COUPONS somewhere else, SHAMED ME for needing discount to get access to smokes & this STORE is RAN & MANGED by him for last 12 years) I am sorry for length of this letter but this mid to older male wide & tall at same time. DISCRIMINATED ON ME 100% in public - all for something as small as a simple menial down-charge.1st incident (for OWNERS context) dealing w/Ricky [SUMMER 2021] - An app named 'MHQ' acquires me a 3per month allotment of [$1.50 OFF/1pack of Marlboro Brand Cigarettes]'MOBILE/Marlboro Cigarette Coupons' from my smartphone that i HAVE to use because cigarettes have steady inflated in retail price margin year after year, so me [the customer] depend on these coupons/digital discounts to get to next pay check or pay period or i go without. The night shift lady confirmed to me reaffirm his name, i assumed he had forgot my face the Coupon Shaming was many months ago.Night shift ladies were always helpful & willing to manually (if necessary) punch in COUPON CODE numbers, this is so Serv-N-Go or Shell affiliate validates my discount & store shall be reimbursed."I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR Mobile Marlboro Coupon, DON'T TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB" he said. i kindly asked to speak w/a manager "I am the manager here" he replied w/ANGER & very belligerent voice and tone "I'm a 12year employee and manager of this Store" he insisted. i Was berated more for asking him to manually insert the COUPON CODE & my BARCODE MARLBORO COUPON DISCOUNT, which he said, was too complex for him to enter it properly [i later found out it was purposeful human error, because the night shift always took care of me without any resisitance, they cheerfully wanted to help me, but NOT RICK[Y]. Insisted again, that i Take my business elsewhere in a very demeaning way in 2021 in which he "POOR Shamed" in front of a full store of other customers, insisted again my coupons were no good, and were not going to be used. I explained this was the only way to buy cigarettes on that particular day in July day in 2021, i again very respectfully asked, could you please honor the discount [the night shift ladies always swiftly honored my Digital-Discounts. Embarrassingly i didn't have the bank funds for my pack unless my discount was used.2nd incident - Today on 9/27/2022, this self-anointed "MANAGER" had an EPIC-MICRO-AGGRESSION for the ages on me by GRABBING or SNATCHING without hesitation, before i could even utter the phrase "PLEASE PUT THIS $10 on PUMP 9" this provoked me w/anger upon me "the customer" i was paying for $10 cash all for gas, just wanted to get SERV'ed'&'GO."Ricky" violently grabbed cash from my palm with no respect for a paying customer.Ricky a Late-MID/OLDER MAN, very angry employee represents this SHELL-[SERVnGO]. Its the closest retail gas station to my HOME, and i have to PASS it unless i get gas with SELFPAY.

Everything about this store is good except for the people working here. They are supposed to open at 5 so tell me why it's sometimes as late as 5:15 before they open their doors? I try to stop here because it's on my way to work but work starts at 5:25 so I've had to start going to other places.
