Went in the store not even 20 minutes ago and my wife had dropped me off by the front door and one of the lady's working rudely said she can't park there. She was getting ready to move either way. So I said shush cause she then wanted to try amd say something negative about my wife and then a lady woth long black hair said there is not nees to be rude. I replied with I am just trying to but something. And then said never mind you don't have what I need anyways. The one on register said have a good day I said ya you too. Then the black headed girl said and don't come back. So I said good then don't come to hardees. My son then tried to lower the anger amd this girl gonna come after my son. He is 16 and you have 3 workers who who cussing amd threatening a 16 year old tonight.

Shell is a great place to stop on your way to the horse show or wherever you're on your travels funniest snacks plenty of drinks plenty of tasty cakes what nots,You should check into it yourself

Usually only get fried whole wings changed up and got a plate lunch very delicious the cook was nice aswell as the cashiers .

Quick stop to fill up before we headed out in the woods to find a waterfall .... see other reviews. Good locations, quick easy access. Very appealing to stop here as the price for gas was about 40 cents per gallon less than the normal spots I stop in B'ham. Station was crowded, but there were plenty of pumps so no wait was required. We didn't go in for any snacks or drinks, but they do have a full convenience market if you're in need of a little something for your self. Gas prices alone, we'd stop here again if we were in the area.

they were very rude , as soon as I was walking through the door they already had an attitude . i was standing to get food for like 5 minutes & nobody helped me they were just talking .

I love stopping in this store as my late night lunch in the deli, usually. However, on this particular visit I am very disappointed in the customer service. The 2 workers that were inside stood on either side of the counter talking to one another. As soon as I got out of my car they walked away from the counter and ignored me. I looked at the door for a sign with the explanation as to why they were closed at 3 a.m., April 21, 2021. I saw nothing posted just a locked door and 2 employees inside the store clearly avoiding customers. I have been in customer service for almost 30 years. This is not acceptable of an establishment that is supposed to be open 24 hours. And if you are going to be closed even during the pandemic, please have your employees post a sign, in the locked door, letting your customers know why we do not need to waste our time stopping to make our purchases.

Brought my 9 year old daughter inside to pick a honey bun out and pay for gas and customers and employees cussing. It was extremely disrespectful to use such language in front of a child.

THEY PASSED JUDGEMENT UPON US AND CALLED ME KNAVE ONLY BECAUSE I WAS WEARING DARK CLOTHES AND A DARK BOGGIN ALONG WITH 3 OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE WITH ME WEARING SIMILAR CLOTHES WE ONLY WANTED COFFEE AND A CUP FULL OF ICE FOR A WARM SODAS IT MADE US SAD THAT WAS 9 YEARS AGO SO I GIVE THEM 3 STARS COULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT OWNEESR
