Don't believe everything you read!
I doubt the ones with negative comments have actually made a visit. I've been buying my supplies from here since they first opened their doors on day one. You have a selection of "house juice" and a variety of premium products. The owner, Mervin, will go out of his way to help ALL customers walk out satisfied. If you've ever had an issue with any product here, they'd make it right. The prices here are decent, more than anywhere around, recently eliquid prices have dropped so the site lowered theirs as well. When you come to SV you are getting authentic brands, no knock off crap. You can order off line all day long if you want to but you're gonna have to pay shipping too and not to mention play that waiting game on vape mail. Mervin Prater has always valued his customers. He may not always hear you so you'll need to speak up occasionally but my husband and I will continue purchasing here till the day comes that we can't.

Love this store!! I have been buying the same juice for years and have gotten used to it. I was no longer able to purchase my juice online anymore because of government regulations. I went into this store hoping they could mix me some juice that was very similar to what I was used to. Mervin (the owner) tried for over an hour mixing and having me try different juices. I . Am. Super. Picky! Instead of giving up on me and showing me the door, he figured out a way to get my juice for me that I used to use, through the mail. Now, he orders my juice for me and I go pick it up. I am a forever customer now! The best customer service!

Okay, so I drove from Harrisburg, PA to Shelbyville, TN for a business trip aprox 745 miles with a burnt coil. EVERYONE here is very knowledgeable about vapes. I was so impressed with the way I was greeted. They are very friendly, great customer service. They really hooked me up considering I've never been there before. I'm a truck driver, I've been all over this country and there isn't an interstate I haven't traveled. However, this is one of the best places to buy your vape products. I felt like family with them, very kind and thoughtful. They went out of their way for me and that's how you keep customers. They really touched my heart and it meant a lot to me on how they treated me. Also, I love their puppy Jackson. Such a handsome dog, and LOVES belly rubs. Thank you all so much for being there when I needed you.
