Drove a client from Tullahoma had to engage ramps and unload a wheelchair. To go around back, up the ramp up to the door to find it locked during business hours. Texted the number to find out when they would open. It was read but no response. Had to go back down the ramp around the building and reload the person . No sign on door ect. Bad communication for customers.

This was my worst experience with Sellabration Soulition. My Apple Tablet worked fine. My screen was only cracked. I took it to SS and it is a total mess now. They messed it up. They broke the button, the touch pad is messed up. It tells you every time you turn it back on it doesn't work. It wasn't like that when I took it to SS. The screens keep jumping back and forth to different games and other screens. I've taken it back 3 times and each time I had to pay for the screen. And I paid her $150 to fix it and it's still not working. I'm truly pissed, angry and......I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone not even my dog. So be careful who you get to fix your tablet. The worst experience and I'm still very mad.

Was expecting to have to pay a lot of money for a new charging port, they took my phone back for 2 minutes and came back with it working like new ! And for a little bit of nothing!!! 10/10 definitely recommend. Will be coming back if I have any more phone issues!
