I went in there the last 2 times with my brother and once neighbors. The tall guy followed us around like we were thieves. When I stopped to look at him he looked up at the ceiling. He was so obvious and very insulting to me and my guests. I miss John.!!!! He made shopping fun there. Always new people, no one stays there. Sad!!!! I used to go there almost everyday when I lived in Shelbyville, cause I walk, and can't carry much at a time. I am a senior. I will be moving back to Shelbyville soon I hope. Hope things got better at Rose's.

I went to store and bought a few things the cashier looked at my receipt and said she forgot to scane my coke and and then she scared it and I paid for it got home and looked at the receipt and discovered she charged me twice for My coke so watch your receipts

Ran into store to pick up a few things. Daughter had to go to restroom, and came back out saying she could use it. It was filthy, not fit for anyone use. Grabbed few items and got in line, it was backed up back into aisles with only 1 cashier. Left store without items because daughter needed to go restroom. Won't be back!

First the online hours say it closes at 8pm on Sunday and they closed the store at 6pm and there is no store hours posted visible atcthe door. My mom was using the restroom when theybmade the announcement and one of the workers shut the lights out on her. Breanna was extremely rude and unwelcoming... never said one word to me the whole time I was checking out other than mumbling my total. Waiting for my card to process she placed my over stuffed bag on the counter ( 3 pairs of legging, a pair of jeans, and a shirt all unfolded and cramped into one sack! She then handed my receipt and turned her back to me no thank you come again or anything.... I drove 45 minutes to come to this dirty store... next time I'll drive the same 45 to Huntsville instead! The entire staff was just hateful!

Disrespect to customers regarding returns I asked associate about a return, and I get a flipper attitude as if they did not care about getting returns back .

Roses Discount Store in Shelbyville Tennessee can be a really nice place to shop and generally is but today it was understaffed and one of the employees must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed as she had a not so nice attitude with another employee and two different shoppers. There was two register lines open with many shoppers at each yet one of the cashier's had left for some reason and the people who stood in line were getting upset. My wife and I decided we'd come back another day and went next door for lunch. December 04, 2022

They only had one register open and seemed to be short staffed as many places are right now but the manager should have put her phone down and opened a register rather than let the line get almost 10 waiting customers deep. I felt bad for the cashier.
