I would give them 100 stars if I could! They came the same day I called and replaced the glass in the front door of my shop. Wonderful service, wonderful work! Not just for auto glass.

This was a great group of people to work with. I had a hardtop for a Retro Tbird that they installed a back window very quickly and nicely. Most no one else wanted to touch it. And if they the price was ridiculous. Preferred Glass was less than half the price of what other vendors were charging. Thanks again for the great work!!!

I won't say they aren't a great company when it's time to replace a windshield. But I don't appreciate being lied to. I called to see how much they charge to put liquid glass in a crack that's smaller than the size of a dime. The lady said they can't do that because by the time they shuffle their numbers it's more than the cost of the windshield and that is a big fat lie!!!
They don't want to offer that service to their customers because they prefer you to buy a whole windshield even if the crack is so small, it doesnt need replaced. To me that makes you a liar. If anybody needs a small crack fixed & it is smaller then a quarter, there are places that will do it for $50+tax. I will never call preferred glass. I like honest companies not people that lie to you just so you will buy a whole new windshield. Not to mention, I can get my Dodge Charger windshield replaced for $335.00 but they are charging $395.00. After what I saw today, I know they are dishonest or at least the lady I was speaking to was.
Also, they can respond to each review, & reach out to the customer & try to help but they don't. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GLASS COMPANY!!!

We had them replace the glass of our 20+ yr old shower that had a lot of complicated cuts and angles. The result is a beautiful shower. They were very professional, worked quickly and left no mess behind.

Had a chip in windshield that lead to a crack and eventually ran across to the driver side. The cost was more than I expected so I called a few other places. Every where I called was $80- $100 more than here. So I went with this place. Both ladies and the guy that I spoke with was very friendly and answered all my questions. When you go in your greeted with a smile and how can I help you. I'm very please with the services and would highly recommend calling this place first.

Didn't expect them to replace my old Mercedes window but they did! I just had to go and find one at the junkyard and bring it to them.

Office gals were super nice. Work was not as expected, but I'd never had a chipped windshield fixed before, however, the work was professional and complete in a few hours. Chip is now filled and looks better than before.
