I love my Ford Explorer and I trust Newton Ford South in Shelbyville to keep her in top condition. Belinda Dunavant, in the Service Department, is my favorite! She is the best and always goes the extra mile for me. Thank you Belinda! You are the BEST! As of September 6th my Explorer has 170,434 miles on her and she still runs like a dream! Yay!

Service department was great. I arrived about 30 minutes early and service manager mer me in the bay area. He was very polite and professional. They were able to get me in early and everything was complete before my original appointment time. Definitely recommend for your service needs!

Purchased a new 2024 Explorer ST today. We wanted a specific color and package, for the 2024 model there were very few left. Our sales person Ken Smith and the sales manger Chad Jahary went above and beyond my expectations to find the vehicle from another dealer. They made the purchase process easy and quick.
