I'm only giving this goodwill a 2 star because it usually is fully of items plenty to go through which is a plus but unfortunately that's the only good thing about it the prices are pretty high (for donated items) and don't even think about trying on any clothes unless you want to wait for 30 minutes or longer they shut down 4 if there changing rooms which only leaves only 2.

You can find some great deals, but as others have said they do pull the sale items before or during the 99c sales. I saw them doing it first hand (and it isn’t a rare occurrence either). You can get lucky and find some good deals before they are pulled, but it takes away the chance for people to purchase the items they need at a lower cost. For some people, they shop those sales because it is all they can afford. It was very discouraging to see and hear that they do this. With that said, the employees have been amazing and nice! I will continue to go back and shop there because they do have great deals throughout the week; I just don’t go into Sundays with much hope of finding dollar items.

New management is taking over in their prices are through the roof. And the quality of merchandise at the store is getting now has gone way down. I would recommend other goodwills in the area.They have price a merchandise so high that I don't see how anybody can afford it anymore

The staff was friendly and fast. The store is well organized and very clean. I was able to find 6 great shirts and two ties! I will be back!

Today was half off green, 99 cent orange at the Shelbyville, TN Goodwill. The signs were posted on the storefront and other places. However, I witnessed employees pulling these selections from the racks. I asked the employees why the would do this being that they were advertising them. The employees said they were told to pull them and take them to the back.Today. 12-17-2023. A little after 10 am.Is the reason to lure customers in with the expectation of a good deal? To scam? To lie? For greed?It is week before Christmas Eve. Why, why would the Goodwill company condone their stores doing this?They ask us to donate to them, and then they cheat us?Please respond. I believe in standing up for people who need help, not using them.

The best Goodwill in the area!Whenever I'm visiting Tennessee we drive all the way down from Murfreesboro to go to this Goodwill location because it's better than all the other Goodwills in the area. The prices are reasonable unlike the Murfreesboro or Smyrna goodwills and they have way more to offer, they're always bringing new stuff out and the people here are really nice. We always come out of here with the cart load full of stuff. It never disappoints.

Prices have gone up too much lately. For a place that sells thanks to other people's donations, the prices are excessive and the cashier and manager are too rude. if due to donations and the purchases we make they have a job they should take care of it with a little kindness
