Pharmacist is rude. I wasn't sure of my insurance carrier information since it was all new and I hadn't received my card yet. As I was logging in online to get the info. Pharmacist moved the tech that was helping me out of the way, to hand me a paper, told me to call the (800) number and closed the window in my face.

Pharmacist and the pharmacy team are amazing. They go out of their way to personally warn you about possible medication interactions one my doctor didn't even realize. They show care and compassion go a long way. I've seen customers give them a hard time and they don't take it out on the next person. You all are amazing ?

Just relocated here, got a local doctor to send my prescriptions there. Couldn't believe the prices they charged. I checked one script with Walmart, CVS was $510, Walmart was$116 for the same script cash price. Nothing like overpriced medicine!!! Avoid them a all costs, go somewhere else and save yourself ALOT of money!!

I visit this location frequently as I am a CarePass member. You pay $48 annually and they send you $10 in free money every month (that's $120 a year in free cash). You do have to spend that $10 within the month before your next reward. This enables you to also get free shipping, 20% of all CVS products, and special pharmacy benefits, etc.The retail staff here is super friendly, always asking if they can help you find something and very welcoming. Sometimes my medication here is more expensive than others but some are less than a $1 so it just depends. Corporate could definitely pay for a fresh coat of asphalt & reline the entire parking lot. They should also add additional exterior lighting b/c it's really dark at night outside the store.

Just broke my foot (had just left the ortho dr w/crutches, boot, xrays in-hand) and they refused to fill my prescription saying they needed to save the medication for "regulars"While this was happening, someone in line asked me "is this not the rudest pharmacy you've ever been to?"Insanity. Thankfully Kroger pharmacy helped me with NO issues and for half the price

Called at 8:15: am. Informed prescriptions would be ready in one hour. Went to window at 10:15 was told that they forgot to fill one of four come back in 15 minutes. Back in 15 minutes as requested. Told to come back in 10. Unacceptable. Customers have responsibilities, jobs, schedules. They cannot spend all day trying to pick up a prescription. Plus sick people don't feel like making multiple trips. They require timely service.

I went in to see when I needed to pick up my refill on my prescription since it didn’t show on my app. The lady at first was nice but she refilled an old prescription I had and didn’t ask to make sure. I went back to double check because it showed me the wrong prescription being filled so I let her know so they don’t fill something that I don’t need. She started getting really rude when I told her that I had picked it up before and might have been under my old address which I didn’t know why since it was always sent to my new address. The lady started going to the supervisor (I assume) trying to say that I’m trying to get my refills too early. She then comes over and tells me I can’t get them yet, and I try to explain to her that I didn’t want them yet because I know it’s early, I just wanted to check on when. She keeps getting rude and tells me she doesn’t know what’s going on with the app but I have too many accounts. I just left, I never had this issue at Tullahoma WHATSOEVER. I simply just wanted to know when my refill would be available and try to see how I could get the other account deleted but didn’t get that far since I was about to tell her off for acting like I was some drug addict. Thankfully I called a customer service rep and she fixed it for me within 10 minutes and was super nice. Don’t use this store if possible.

Pretty happy at the moment. CVS sent me up to $10 off a health item through my email. I was able to get a hot/cold compress for only $1.29 by applying my CVS card. I thought it seemed a little too good to be true but hey that's awesome thanks so much CVS for basically my free item. Not to mention the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The drive thru always takes a while but they do the best theu can for how busy they stay. Always best to just go in. Keep up the great work. ?

Would give a Zero if possible.Miss Pam Reed is the rudest employee and I see why nights the store is completely empty.A good attitude and friendly service could definitely go a long way w this employee.Will continue to use Murfreesboro CVS UPS drop off and Walgreens for prescriptions.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Unfortunately we are required to use CVS by insurance.
