I’ve had Crickett for over three years. The new person that I’m dealing with Kia ordered me the wrong phone. I wanted a Samsung and she ordered me a Motorolla. When I tried to return it numerous times within the seven day period her staff said she was either on vacation or out sick. On November 1st, my husband and I went into the store and she tried to run and hide in the back, but I saw her and told her associate to go get her. U talked to Kia and she told me that I can’t return or exchange the phone because I passed the seven day window. Meanwhile, her staff kept telling me from 10-23 through 10-31 she was either out sick or on vacation and only she could return the phone so clearly I got scammed. Customer service was on the phone with me in the store this evening and they told her to return the phone by calling the helpdesk to do an override. As soon as Kia saw me, hang up with Customer service, she called the owner who said you’re not getting another phone so stop wasting our time. She never called the helpdesk as Customer service asked her to do. I then started to record her to prove that I was in the store because they lie so much. Even the district manager, Karen, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I documented all the dates that I tried to return the phone and she called the police and said that I was causing a scene. I guess telling her she’s a liar, a narcissist, and a Gaslighter is call for bothering the police department but of course they had to show up. I can no longer go in Crickett, which is fine with me because we will be canceling our service for sure. Horrible customer service, completely dishonest, scammers in that store. I would say run and run far. Do not buy a phone from Crickett in Fayetteville especially from Kia. They get a big fat zero from me.

Joel is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else for help with my phone or it's service. He actually cares about his job and is a really good dude and that's almost extinct in customer service nowadays. Great service, so much better than the one they used to have. So useful, helped me a lot switching plans easily and fast. No difficulties at all and such of great communication between me (costumer) and Hugo (the guy that was helping me). Without a doubt one of the greatest service I’ve had

i came into this store i will just say this was the worse customer experience i had Jhony the employee who helped me was not in the store at the time i walked in he was in his car i believe smoking then ran from his car back into the store to assist me it smelled of marijuana in the store and he came off as high i didnt want to be in there any longer and he came off as not really caring to assist me so i left if i could i wouldn't even give this 1 star

We were looking for friendly service after a horrible experience at the MetroPCS store in Shelbyville and that is exactly what we found. The staff was wonderful. They explained everything to a T. Unlike MetroPCS the Cricket service actually works where we live. I can not say enough about the great service we received at this store or how happy I am with the actual phone service we have. They gave us a great deal and i recommend this place of business for anyone looking to be treated with respect and friendliness. Thanks guys!!!!
