Has anyone ever actually got a reply from the supposed email address they respond with? It is obviously only a scam to make themselves look better. I was also told hey send up an email. Well I’ve sent three. I never got a response. Now I have also been blocked from sending an email at all. I was told my warranty was no longer active. Then I spent $230 on a dryer repair from someone else. Today I noticed I have been charged for my warranty the last two months. So I guess my warranty was active but they had no desire to honor it or the email. Shelbyville isn’t a big town. Word of mouth does Matter here. We have a lot of great ppl in our community. To treat customers badly that have been loyal in pay offs is not very good business.

Aaron my service guy was amazing. He was very engaging and stayed to make sure everything was ok with my loaner t.v. I got a call from a wonderful young lady the next day to make sure everything was good. Thank you to my Aarons crew for all of their wonderful customer service.

I felt like they don't want your business. Lady was most confusing when it was time for the lease and question and answer. Glad I was only with a friend. I would not recommend this place for anyone who actually reads what they're signing.

Yesterday we got a call from this lady at Aaron's tryin to pull their payment. We set it up for Fridays, right, cause that payday. They clearly ignored us and set it up for Thursdays instead. They usually take payment at the end of the month. This month they decided to take payment in the middle of the month. And. Whatever lady was workin there yesterday, she threatened to take double the payment. This mornin when we woke up, sure enough, double the payment was took. Do not go to these people. They will take more from you than what is owed in a single month.

It was great for my first 2 yrs then when I choose to rent another item and has to return it cuz of personal reasons.. They expect a single women with no tools to take a whole bedroom set down and move it outside by herself to pick it therefore I will never ever rent there again.. I get the covid-19 bs but almost everyone else is back to normal plus u wear mask anyways so what the different of being outside and inside...

I love this place. They have amazing service and have always been very courteous to me. I absolutely love the furniture that I've received from them to include a 75 in TV, a chrome refrigerator, a beautiful area rug and and TV stand/fireplace that has brought my living room to life.
