I have been in a lot of Dollar General stores. But this store is by far the Best! It’s so clean and so orderly! The manager Lita is always so cheerful and caring! Everyone of her customers are treated with kindness and compassion! I wish All Dg stores were this good! Way to go Lita and employees for doing so well! ?

A clean and organized store, always stocked when items are available from the warehouse. Management and staff provide outstanding friendly customer service. Other Dollar General stores in the area should follow Shady Valley Dollar Generals' example.

Like most small mountain towns this dollar general is a great place to find things you forgot at home. This one is new and the manager is super nice.

I’m from Florida and I am visiting my parents in Shady Valley Tennessee. I have been in and out of the Dollar General since I’ve been here, and every time I come in the manager is always greeting me with a welcoming smile. The store is immaculate!!! The items are all lined up orderly and facing forward. The store is very clean and well stocked. Every Dollar General I’ve been to is dirty and unorganized. I don’t care to shop at Dollar General, but if all the DG’s were this nice, I’d come back more often.

The lady in charge (Lida) has got to go! She is very disrespectful. The other sale associates are wonderful and very helpful.
