Man. I really hate to give these guys a 1 because we has such a good relationship. But the last time i went in i bought a disposable vape tried it in store and that was the last puffbit gsve me btriedbto explain 10 m8n later and they wouldn't back their product so thats why the rating. Any product that is faulty should be backed buy the seller. This is rule one in business. Sorry but they deserve no service and that's what this review is about. Dont throw your money away llike i did. Youve been warned

Bought a vape here for nearly a $100. Brought it back when it didn't work. They took it apart and said it was defective when I bought it. Said they would try to fix in order to avoid giving me a working product. Waited a month and got a text saying they can't fix it so oh well. Then told me I was out of luck because it is just the luck of the draw when you buy things there. If they are defective when they sell it they do not care. Will not return or refund. Feel like I was stolen from and then told to eff off because they already made their money. So basically a criminal organization.

Very helpful, friendly, great selection of merchandise. It’s great having a vape store so close in Seymour . I always dreaded driving to Knoxville or sevierville for a vape emergency. Thanks Zach for your recommendations on vape juice. You were spot on.
