Seymour post office is by a long shot the best of all the post offices in East Tennessee! Extremely helpful staff! Now the post office in Sevierville is the absolute worst post office that I have ever been to, Ever!
Thank You Seymour Crew!!!

Had a bit of an emergency. Paperwork that I couldn’t get til end of day had to be over nighted that same day. Only 5 or 6 minutes left on the clock for the postal workers. The lady that started it for me, after 20 seconds, turned me over to a man to finish so she could lock the doors. It wasn’t yet 4:30. She told me to hurry hurry. I did. He told me the same thing. It was like it was planned together for when someone comes in late but not yet closing time. Both were so rude. I was surprised because they were two of my favorite people there. They were so different! Both were sure to make the point over & over they were getting ready to close. I didn’t know if at 4:30 they were automatically locked inside or what since it was so urgent. It cost me over $35 to send this one envelope. And I expected a large amount. I was out of there before 4:30. That’s a lot of money to be treated so badly. That office won’t get my vote again. Disrespectful and rude.

I’ve lived in a lot of different places in my life and this is by far the worst post office I’ve ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. The incompetence and laziness of their employees knows no bounds. How are you going to tell me that delivery was failed when I can see on the tracking that it never left the post office?! Absolutely unacceptable.

Nice that they close early. Thought federal buildings had a schedule. Came out in a storm to mail something and they locked the door in front of me. Wasn’t even 4:30 yet. And they wonder why so many have gone away from using usps. Had 3 people needing service and they refused all of us.

The ridiculous parking lot needs to be paved.
It’s growing potholes bigger than my car almost.
Isn’t this a government building? Take my hard earned tax paying money and fix the potholes. I shouldn’t have to request a bill for new tires because of my post office drive.

The blue box in front of this post office has been broken into several times. We had 2 large checks stolen from this drop box. When we went to the bank, they knew all about it and we where told by the local police that they don’t want this to be know because they want the public to have faith in the post office. What a joke!

I have been sent messages saying that my package was delivered to my mailbox, but when I go to check it, nothing! This has happened on numerous occasions! Yesterday being the latest. Yesterday was Sunday and it has been Sundays for the most part that my package was NOT delivered, when the message said it was delivered!
We have a Lazy delivery person that needs to find another job! What happened to the USPS moto? Get rid of her, or be replaced yourself Post Master!

The postman puts the packages in my mailbox that come in boxes and gives me work to get them out. I would like the boxes to be left in front of my door, not in the mailbox.

The postman never delivers my packages to me, they either shove them in the mailbox, or on top of the mailbox. My packages are important to me. It's not very nice when they get soaking wet from the rain. They have also left them on the ground. They need to do their job.
