Terrible service..had service with us cellular for 20 years and owner was rude and continued to argue while trying to purchase new phone. .will not go back suggest no one suffers through this...

I’ve never experienced such awful customer service and not by an employee but by the owner. You can be kind and respectful whether there’s a resolution or not, which in my case there was. I hope that when the roles are reversed and she finds herself a customer that needs assistance rather than the owner, that she’s never treated the way I was in her store.

not for sure why the doors are locked when the hours clearly say 10am. not 1030, not 11, 10am. people have lives and take time out of their schedule to get their business done and can’t. i won’t be coming back.

Love this business. Best customer service. I bought phones for my grandsons for Christmas they helped me with cases,screen protectors and everything else they could need. Shirley and Autumn are just great!
