Keith is very professional and polite and informative on the phone when he told me of my issues of my truck. He told me that he would let me know step by step along the way of any issues he comes across with my vehicle and keep me informed so there are no surprises. This place really goes above and beyond customer service and I am going to recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Had my brakes serviced here on my Camry. Had my F150's rear differential serviced and replaced a weak transmission mount. They do quality work.

I absolutely feel Seymour Muffler and Brake is the best automotive shop in Sevier County. I have taken a couple of my vehicles there not only for brakes, but also for other repairs, and they ALWAYS take great care of my vehicles, and don’t sugarcoat things like some places are known to do. They’ll fix what needs to be taken care of, and are the most genuine people when it comes to customer service. I would rate them higher than 5 stars any day of the week.

I want to tell everyone just how awesome the employees are at this business! A couple of years back, during the winter my tire pressure light came on. I turned in here and they checked them and told me it was because of the cold weather My tire pressure light came on last night and I stopped on my way to work and they found a tiny hole and repaired it within minutes. They truly have great customer service here!

This shop was absolutely AMAZING! My family and I were on vacation from Alabama, and the brake pads in our car got worn down to the rotor on the passenger side during the trip. It was the last day of our trip and I needed to find a shop to service our car ASAP. I didn’t want to travel 5 straight hours with bad brakes. I initially called the shop and they said it would be a couple days, but the nice lady called back less than 5 minutes later to let me know that they moved cars that were waiting on parts to come in anyway so they can get me in right away. I got there and they got me on my way in less than 2 hours, and without breaking the bank, I might add. These folks are lifesavers, and I can’t thank them enough! I’m a little disappointed that I don’t live closer so I can do all of my mechanic business with these fine folks!!!!!

We where visiting from out of town (9hr drive)and lost some bolts out of our exhaust, called to set up and appointment and they where fully booked, but they still found the time to work me in where they could to help me out so our exhaust didn’t fall off on the way back, very nice staff who all were more than willing to help us out, highly recommend working with them.Service: Exhaust
