Very rude on the phone. Called to ask a question and could not understand the person on the phone, asked them to repeat it and was told to go to hell and they hung up. If the customer service was this bad on the phone, I can only imagine how they treat people in the shop.

I wasted a lot of time waiting on Norton's to show up and once the rollback driver got to my house he said he couldn't bring his truck in my driveway.I assured the driver I had personally brought a semi in the driveway, multiple dump trucks had been in the driveway, and several other wreckers have been in the driveway over the years for various reasons. The driver said he would go get a bigger truck and be back and after waiting another hour I called back to be told the driver would not be coming back. I called A-1 to tow my car and their driver came with an identical truck and was in and out of the driveway with my car in about ten minutes.
