Sandra Reed was extremely helpful & pleasant in discussing my coverage comparison costs for home & auto. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to their premium for my homeowners was double as to what it is w/my current insurance company. However, when I had State Farm for several years in the past, I was very satisfied w/their coverage & quick response to claims w/out increasing my premiums. I'm really disappointed that it didn't work out financially for me to go back to State Farm. I still highly recommend them.

I continue to receive unsolicited mail from this business. I have contacted their office on several occasions and asked to be removed from their mailing list. Maybe he should save money on junk mail and come down on his premiums.
