Why is Kroger in Seymour even open? They have the Rudest people working inside and at pickup and they close at 10. This is news to me. Last time I checked, they were open till 12 . Three boys working watched me walk in tonight and start shopping at 9:50 and then made an announcement the store was closing after I went down two aisles I left my buggy and walked out. I was also in my work clothes and they started yelling stuff at me as I was leaving laughing and making fun. Last week the pickup lady called me and basically cussed me as soon as I picked up saying I was in the parking lot when I was not I was at my girls school picking them up. She was telling me not to come there for another 30 minutes yelling at me. I won't stop at this location ever again after tonight. I have been a Kroger shopper for 15 years or more and spend over $100 weekly there but I will be going to Food City for all my needs, it may cost more but the excellent customer service they provide is worth it.

I will never step foot in this place again. Jessica is nasty!!! She yelled @ me & 2 other people in line told me she is always nasty. Karen is not as nasty as Jessica but she yelled at me to.

Rarely have prescriptions ready when they say they will have them ready. One excuse they use is "we have no record of you calling in your prescription" when you know darn well and good you did! They used to be decent at one point in time.

Employees take smoke breaks right next to the pick up window. Everything else us great. They need to move the employees smoke area as many people are sensitive to smoke.

Never had an issue til today, the newer girl answered when I called at 5:47 to see if mine were ready, she said “it is being processed, can you just come get it tomorrow?†WHAT!?!! No I can't, she kinda rudely said we can't have it ready until 8 then! On the other hand the young lady Joy is always a treat to see

Very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing most of the time. I have multiple medicines filled here a month and they tell me to call a few days before running out so they can get it ready for me. I call 2-3 days prior placed on hold for at least 5-7 mins then told it's not time for u to pick this medicine up yet as I explain again I know this but it will be in 2 days and I will need it then. Same thing every month. One month they refused to fill a medicine my dr wrote for me and told me to take it that night. I had to have the dr call the pharmacist at 7pm before she would fill it.... worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with in my life.
