Unfortunately, over priced, rude and not worth your time. Consider shop elsewhere unless you like spending your hard earn money on over priced, poor quality merchandise. The staff is not customer centric nor do they make you feel like a valued customer. I am sorry to say.

Purchased a blouse on June 11th for my daughter's birthday with a promise of an exchange if not the correct size. Daughters was then refused an exchange. I will shop elsewhere. I'm out money and my daughters birthday gift was a flop. I'd give a zero star if possible. As if I have extra money to throw away these days. Owners stooped to suggest that she thought I'd bought it from seasons ago, wore it out smoking and now wanted cash. Owners acts shady with the morals of a used car salesman. That was my customer service experience. Buyer Beware!

Always enjoy browsing the isles at Ivey's. If you can't find a nice gift in there, then you can't find one. So many unique items. Sheila always does a great job helping and wrapping. Very professional. Its where i go, for that "Special" gift.

This store is a one of a kind, amazing store. It truly has everything you want and need all the way to the best customer service I’ve ever had. I will definitely be shopping there more. I just moved here Sunday the 24th. Ivy’s Gifts was the first store I went into. Amazing stuff.

I love shopping at Ivy's Gifts. Great selection and good prices with pretty gift wrapping. I have shopped for baby showers and wedding showers and found exactly the right gifts. They have pretty clothes, too, and very reasonable prices.
