These guys did a great job on my car! Very honest and quick to get the job done! I do recommend for women , especially, who are intimidated to solo travel to a mechanic! I will be going back for future repairs !

I have been bringing my vehicles over to Ellis for years and have always been pleased with both the outcome & pricing. Recently I had a different type of emergency when I discovered a stray kitten in my engine while driving into work. Ellis was close by and Shannon and Gene immediately went to work getting it out. I'm happy to say the kitten came through a bit ruffled but unharmed. Ellis Auto Services and the people that work there are an asset to the community and exactly the sort of small business we should be supporting! If you need work done and want to deal with folks that are fair and honest I highly recommend you stop by Ellis!

Took my vehicle here for several services. Great communication throughout the process of getting my A/C fixed. Informed me that something I thought I needed was not the case. Speaks volume when they could have easily done it and charged me. Overall great service and I appreciate what they do.

The folks at Ellis are amazing! I stopped in unexpectedly one afternoon with an odd car problem and they fixed it on the spot in about 15 minutes and on top of that, they didn’t even want to charge me! I will forever be grateful for Ellis and I will always take my vehicles to them! Thank you, Ellis!

I was in the Smokiies on vacation when my brakes went out on my Dodge 3500. Ellis got my truck in the morning I called. Done a good repair and had the truck fixed and out of there in a few hours. Outstanding service!
