About Midway Mushrooms
Midway Mushrooms is a small mushroom farm specializing in oyster, shiitake, lion's mane, and other gourmet mushroom production. Located in Sewanee, Tennessee, we use an indoor bag method to produce several thousand pounds per week of edible mushrooms within a climate controlled 3,200 square-foot facility. In addition to gourmet mushrooms, we offer a variety of rotating specialty cultivars, as well as seasonal foraged mushrooms.
