We went over to enjoy the car show this weekend and forgot to wash the truck...This was the best place we found...esspecially the guy at the front, he was awesome as hell really friendly and helpful!!!!. and we went looking .....a lot!!

Best car wash. Vacuums always work. Lot is always clean, and trash is never over flowing. If there is ever a problem which their never is, but the manager stays in top of everything and takes care of you.

We had a preferred customer pass that we have been using for a few years. It was a simple effortless quick car wash.
The past few times I drove through--- hoping for a fast (Zippy!) Car wash --- I was asked questions and then told to 'wait' while the attendant went in to the office.
After waiting and waiting (?) I finally drove away. Not once but twice this happened.
We will be cancelling our account and bringing our business elsewhere. Sorry Zippy. Youve lost our business.
This is unacceptable.

Used to be the best carwash I was going twice a month for years. It dosent clean evenly and a lot of water spots I always get best washes too . the last two times I went I had a coupon code from the zip app and both times they didn't help or know how to except it so both times they had me back up out of car wash. They didn't seem to care either! very disappointed and a hassle! I will no longer be going to zips there are so many other car washes to pick from . Time to find a new one. I go to whistle car wash now they clean my windows and entire vehicle better !

Four years ago I gave Zips a 5 star review. Today the service has dipped so far below I am lowering my review to 2 stars. I pulled up and the individual approached me on his cell phone smoking a cigarette and stated. " I'm supposed to tell you before you buy a 12 or 18 dollar wash you can get half off the expensive washes for 3 months." I polity said no thanks. He shrugged walked back sat down on the curb and said to whoever he was on the phone with. "I have people here destroying my conversion that I made today!" I went through the wash and saw him just playing away on his phone and smoking until he decided to flirt with the slushie girl and buy himself a kona ice.

Meh. The attendant was kinda rude. Wash was "ok". The whole experience was satisfactory at best. Torn between 2 and 3 stars so I'll be nice and round up.

Always a pleasure coming here. The employees are always helpful and kind. I moved an hour away from town but because I've been coming here with good experiences since 2016 I wait to clean my car till I'm in town and can come here. Thanks yall!
