Seymour WOA is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Lots of Equipment and very spacious. ?

Pretty good gym despite the small space. Has all the equipment needed for a good full workout. I’m pretty impressed they’re able to fit a hack squat machine and hip thrust machine in the space they have.

I just started going here a week ago but it’s a nice little gym. Not too busy early in the morning.
