I love coming here to use this machine to get coffee. The problem is that every time I come it’s either down or something not working with it. I asked the As. Manager for assistance and she said she hasn’t had any training on the machine and the only other person working is new. I feel like the workers just put out of order on this machine rather than try to fix it or learn how to.

Let's start off with their fresh breakfast selection, the hand held biscuits with egg cheese and sausage, the breakfast burritos, the breakfast pizza every day! The chicken tenders hit in the evening. But these employees made my night tonite with just simple conversation. Thanks from the guy who knows when to grab his ID and thanks for the discount card.

Ordered a supreme pizza this is what we got..Toppings not even on it..All slid off.. And it wasn't done. She offered to replace it if we brought it back but we couldn't get back over there... Should have just been right the first time ..

I wish I couldn't give any starts you need to have the thing about the drinks very big some us people that can't see good can see it . Why do you have to register your card never had to do that before to get a,drink for 99 cent or even 69 cent. Want be going to any of your business anymore.

Well that sucks ..
Everything on the cold ready to eat shelf is nasty..
Don't eat it I promise you will get sick ..
Just looking at it I can say that...
Not to mention the fact that the bottom is emitting enough heat to warm the camp ground., UGG .. when will the company actually spend money to fix the location??
Small bill to fix fridge..
Will equally be less then wasting food..
People tend to shop at places where the ready to eat food is not questionable

Worst customer service ever. I buy a pudding every time I stop an every time I stop they never had spoons. Tonight 6-16-24 I waited at the food station for 5mins asked the worker for spoon a she just walked by a didn’t listen then the two dudes didn’t get me one either. I walked out.

The specialty coffee machine has great mochiato. However, there is a problem at this store. This machine needs regular cleaning (an easy process, mostly pushing buttons and replenishing liquids and coffee.) I have witnessed this being performed at other Weigel stores and it just takes a few minutes. One of the managers at this particular store gets very snippy when asked about the machine. She says maintenance needs to be called to fix it. Machine not working or just needs cleaned. This is probably the last time I stop at this store. Machine down, lost revenue. Several people I know have said the same thing. Store is not as clean as hope the owners would like either.

The store Manager is awful, she does nothing to help the store run. Watching her employees sink almost like she enjoys it.She is terrible with customers, and definitely gets excited when she tells customers no. Smiles in their face and doesn't even listen to what is being said just starts getting into defense immediately and will say don't come back. I thought Weigels was convenient and reliable but this store has turned to chaos and in need of cleaning nit just pretend sweeping and pretend stocking to avoid the registers. The coffee lids are so cheap they start melting when trying to place them on the cup no wonder they are mostly out of lids, one day they put put regular cheap flimsy fountain lids that didn't even have the tab to pull back to sip nothing but a hole for your straw in hot coffee...This place needs some serious help! Can yall please hire management that actually can do their job. I'm also sick of the excuse nobody wants to work, just pay them a liveable wage maybe they'll do a good job and care, or stop hiring management that belittles their employees leaves them to sink and be embarrassed they are the only ones ringing people up. It almost looks like a punishment for them it's sick!
