I cant express enough how they helped me out. Called in a.m. had a look at my van at 10 by 1 i was on my way with 2 new spark plugs and wires. If you need any work done and in the area i highly recommend wears valley brake and auto! They are the best around!

We were on vacation in gatlinburg when battery light came on. I googled mechanic shops when I found the nearest Oreillys when we found out it was the alternator. The business owner was so helpful and had us in and out and back on the road 3 hours after we pulled up. The price was the same as if we had had it done in our little hometown. He could have charged us a ridiculous amount. Thank you so much for this place and the man that did the work. We made it home safely. Thank y’all so much.

We had a starter go out while visiting Little Arrow Resort. Communication was excellent. Mark's pricing was extremely fair and he was just an all around pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended! You saved us BIG TIME.

June 6, 2024.....Blue Ridge Parkway ate my brake pads and rotor! Found these wonderful people at the bottom of the mountain. Complete brake job at 4:15!! Great people...stayed open late to get us back on the road and even gave a military discount!! Highly recommend, great work by great people.

Car got towed there late at night and was fixed next day early in the morning. The guy there is very nice and cares about his customers I had an interview that same day and he got to it and fixed it. Most definitely will be going back great service

Helped us in a pinch while on a family vacation and we needed a new wheel bearing. Had our two small kids with us. Mark couldn’t have been nicer and got us back on the road quickly!
