Was having issues and service man came right out and did a check on the truck and didn't charge us and gave us the information we needed. Great service at a Chevrolet dealership.

Was traveling from out of state had vehicle problems called and told them I had no transportation and all they could tell me was that they couldn’t help me out for at least a month. Didnt offer any help or recommendations at all. What is a person suppose to do being stranded!!! Formal General Motors owner.

I've had some decent experiences in the past, but when I call service to get pricing on (their own brand truck) oil changes, the advisor should know some basic info on it. When asking what oil they use, he refused to look into it, just forced that I would be transferred to their parts department for me to inquire that information. I ended the call because the customer should not be passed all around digging out their servicing details, all because the staff doesn't want to provide a little effort toward the call they're on. Chevrolet has some poor representation in these parts! This goes for Reeder Chevrolet too! SAD! I'll go to a third party to get the service, I guess.

Car broke in mountains. Towed in to Volunteer and they treated us right. Got vehicle fixed before they quoted and didn't way over charge. Very very very thankful. Truthful, professional, kind and went out of their way to help us.

Our truck broke down while on vacation. In desperation we stopped at Volunteer. The person in service wasn't even willing to look at it saying he had someone call in sick and someone walk out last week and sent us down the road with a vehicle with major problems. Very disappointing service.

They were very patient with me. There is still an issue with my 22 Blazer pulling to the right but they tried. It is the last GM product I plan to have. Always have problems with GMs starting with our ‘91 Pontiac TransSport van 30 years ago.
