I wanted to thank the US Cellular store at the Sevierville location for great customer service. They are awesome and go above and beyond to help out. I have been a customer of US cellular for almost 17 years. They are always so helpful and patient. Even taking the time to walk my mother-in-law through the steps to work her new phone. Thanks again to the management and staff team, for always taking the time to find the right phone, plan and accessories for every family member over the years. I highly recommend them. They have great service and I am a happy customer.

My mom and I usually dread getting new phones because our experiences never seem to go very well (especially with our past phone provider). However, we finally caved and went to get a new phone. Courtney Guthmiller was our consultant and was literally amazing! She was so kind, and made the process smooth and easy! Courtney set everything up for us and we had no problems at all! I also love my new iPhone! I definitely recommend Courtney for any services at U.S. Cellular in Sevierville!

We needed a charger. Justin greeted us and took good care of my husband n myself very quickly. We also looked over our plan (it's old) but they brought it to our attention that we could get faster internet and more of it for cheaper than what we already had and are/were currently paying. Thank you Dustin for keeping a good eye out and helping us get the most for our money. Lord knows it's stretched thin these day

My wife drove away with my phone on her car?. The staff at US Cellular helped us in every aspect of getting a replacement phone and making sure I had everything I needed to be able to conduct business again. Courtney and Adam are the bomb. Both of them are courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone there was extremely kind and professional. Get those kids some Starbucks! Lol Dustin , the manager , runs a great store. Can’t say enough good things.

Adam at the USCellular store in Sevierville is incredible. He is knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond what I expected in order to help me navigate my cell phone situation in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good things about him and how much I appreciate his help today.

Had a problem with the Sevierville location called customer service spoke with a supervisor her name was Kara she was worse than the store very argumentative and unprofessional she said we don’t always believe the customer we give the store 48 hours to respond it has now been 8 days and no word from the local store or from corporate I’m convinced us cellular doesn’t care about customer service or the customer at all I will be looking to change services now

Had a great experience at this location today. We went in for an upgrade and Courtney was able to assist us. She greeted us as soon as we walked. We had recently had a horrible experience with the Alcoa location and were hoping this location could turn that around. Courtney was amazing. She helped us get my husband into the phone he wanted and helped me get unnecessary items I was being charged for off my bill. We will be visiting this location from now on. Courtney was so honest and helped me to understand my bill and saved me money. Definitely recommend this location and working with Courtney.

Everyone that represents u.s. cellular has and will go out of their way to help you get a phone and a plan that is right for you whether it be a prepaid or otherwise US Cellular in Sevierville I have unlimited everything$40 plus tax and they'll take you to a selection of phones and prepaid get you a free phone so yes it's great my experience was the representative that took care of me his name was Patrick and he went out of his way so to speak to do everything to help me get a phone and a plan I give him and everybody there five stars ?

Will not accept my payment in the store but when I mail the check in it's returned to sender. Customer service says to go to the store and the store says to mail the check. Been dealing with this over a month almost 2 now just trying to cancel.

After being a customer for over 20 years the last phone I got 3 months ago and they messed up my bill and customer service is not holding up their end of the arrangement we had stay away from Sevierville store

We had a phone still under warranty that needed repaired. Ryan was very helpful in assisting us with the process of getting this phone fixed and another phone too use in the meantime. Ryan goes above and beyond too help and is very professional.
