EDIT: The Manager called and booked another appointment was as nice as she could be and as accommodating as she could be and the people I spoke to at corporate or amazing also so in the end, I will get my hair fixed, and Ulta customer service has been amazing. I guess we all have a bad experience Every once in a while. So thank you so much Ulta for all your time and attention with this.!!!
I went in yesterday for highlights showed the girl, Katie, what I was wanting and let her know that I was deathly afraid that my hair would come out ash blonde - after 3 1/2 hours. My hair is ASH blonde. It does not look like it has highlights I paid $160 for hair that I have been in tears over for 24 hours, I talked to corporate. They said they would let the manager at the Sevierville store know IN SOMEONE WOULD BE CONTACTING ME TODAY, but I haven't heard anything from anyone yet so I will continue to leave reviews everywhere until someone fixes this. I would not advise anyone go to Ulta beauty in Sevierville for anything. these are the pictures of my highlighted hair. I am MORTIFIED!!!!!

Went in today for an exchange; prior person that helped with a shade choice suggested a shade too yellow and dark; needed to exchange. The person in cosmetics was a tall woman with long brown hair; and she had a definite attitude of 'I can't be bothered' when I asked if someone could assist. Another person helped me and even she didn't seem trained at all about how to go about choosing the right shade. Gheesh - this is supposed to be a 'cosmetics mecca' but no one here seems to like their job or have had any training. Such poor customer service and they get paid for that! If they aren't happy here, they shouldn't be working in a customer driven environment.

I got dizzy, bout passed out. The sales associates were very helpful. One got me a chair to set in & another got me some cold water. Stayed with me til I felt better.

Bad experience with customer service doesn't know how to handle returns even with proff of purchase .. how retarded is that ! Can't do math ? What's your problem ? Your explanation doesn't make any sense at all.

Went in with a list for my daughters birthday I walked around the store looking for a while before finally asking for help and when I did the man and woman working tonight were so nice and happy to help! Thank you for helping me find the right products and being kind.

Store was clean. Bad customer service from most employees except for the lovely dark haired woman with glasses and the benefit brow shirt on. She was extremely nice. Can’t speak the same for the rest of the employees. Sheeesh

This store does not carry all the products that you usually find at an ulta… ex. Sol de Janerio. And the girls smirk at you when you ask for it.

I had the best experience at this Ulta! I went in and asked for help choosing a foundation, and Erin took such great care of me! Not only did she help me find the perfect foundation, she also helped me find great skincare products to help with my specific needs. She took the time to use each product on me as well, so I could really see the difference in my skin! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish the customer service was this outstanding everywhere! Thank you, Erin!!

Carol Thomas is hands down my favorite hair stylist I have ever been to. Miracles happen. I came to her while vacationing w natural color and messy dreadlocks. I left Ulta feeling the most beautiful I have felt in so long. Go see your girl Carol and let her make you feel your best.
