“On Wednesday, November 9, 2023, my husband and I had a flat tire on our truck, and being out of state, we didn't know where would be the best place to go. We first went to the Volunteer Chevrolet dealership, and they were of little to no help... no tire in stock and not much willingness from them to help us. My husband came across Five Oaks when looking for tire places. He called them and let's just say, it was a reassuring, willing to help conversation...we drove there and we were expecting to have to drop the truck off, but we were told to stay put and they'd take care of it right away. They did just that! We were in and out within an hour, if that, with some really nice, not outrageously priced tires (we ended up replacing not only the flat tire, but both back tires!) Those guys are amazing! Customer service is truly commendable!!”

“Our tire pressure warning light came on as we were traveling through Sevierville and we found Amigos Tire Shop. They removed the nail that was the cause of the pressure leak, and repaired the tire in about five minutes. Great service at a very reasonable price. Can highly recommend!”
