While traveling to the Gatlinburg area for an extended weekend vacation, we had car trouble just as we arrived at our mountain rental. I called Thomas Auto the next morning and they worked us into their schedule so that our car could be repaired and ready for the ride back home to New York. They did not take advantage of your situation and the repairs were done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. If I lived in the area they would be my auto repair center choice. Great job Thomas Auto Service, a job well done!

Thomas automotive was fantastic! My car wouldn't start so I called AAA and AAA recommended Thomas automotive. He called them for me and they said bring it down. It'll be taken in right away. I walked in. They got my information they took my car in turns out it was my battery which made sense. It was over five years old, they replaced it quickly and then we noticed that some of the driving alerts were on so they took the time to reset all of that for me at no additional charge. I was on my way very quickly, very friendly service, very prompt. That was on a Friday afternoon and a busy tourist town . I was very grateful and I'm glad to know there is such a reliable service facility so close to home.

My 2012 jeep had an engine that was overheating. They suspected a head gasket but when they took the engine apart, it was a lot worse. It was devastating but the mechanics here, with their years of experience, found an engine for me, replaced it along with the thermostat and the water pump which was probably causing the orginal problem and I had my car back within 3 weeks. Running smooth. They were swift and thorough, and no B.S. Just tells ya how it is. Truly grateful ?

Okay. If you're like me and don't want to go broke buying a new car. You're trying to keep that nice old one running a little longer. Thomas Auto is the place to go! They are far and very reasonable with pricing. We have been using them for 7 months now with on problems.

Ever have someone in the automotive industry refuse to do a specific repair because it isn't warranted or needed? That's what you get here. Dealer told us we had to immediately have brakes and rotors and was almost unsafe to drive. We took it to Thomas Auto and they advised they had plenty of life left. We then asked at every oil change and finally after almost 18 months they replaced the pads. I will never undervalue how important honest mechanics and good physicians are.

Never disappointed with the service speed and price. Always have me back in the drivers seat fast. Dont even have to call around for estimates anymore since I found these guys. Highly recommended!
