I went in this store to buy a razor phone the clerk told me I could get a free upgraded phone a Nord one, the clerk told me a $11 fee would show up on the first bill and then it would stop, on the second month it was still charging $11 to my bill, I called t Mobile and they said my plan didn't qualify for the free promo and because it was past the 30 days I couldn't return the phone to get my money back. Do not trust this place! Mint Mobile here I come.

Last week they didn’t have any of the phones I wanted in stock (which I totally understand it’s right after Christmas). But I picked out the phone I wanted, and the younger guy wrote my name & number down and was supposed to call me Tuesday/Wednesday when the phones came in. It is now Saturday & no one has told me if they came in or not. At this point they don’t seem to care about helping out costumers past them just walking in and buying a phone same day. I’ll go to another phone store that will actually help me out, you’ve lost my service.

I wish the main office would have people like Justin ! He is very understanding, and the best at what he does! I can call t mobile and talk to 2 or 3 different people and still never get my problem right , but If I walk in his store and set down with him maybe 15 later my problem is fixed and I'm leaving his store in a much better mood !! U need more or Justin ?

I have been a T-Mobile customer for years. Adequate service in the Mountains of Tennessee, affordable under the family plan I've experienced. Went to the store today to leave previous family plan & have my own, perhaps purchase a new phone. The 5 employees, "working," were caught up in conversation, sharing pictures or whatever from their phones amongst one another. One gentleman pulled himself away to listen to my request for service & directed me to go home & call "Customer Service," nothing he could do." I sat down in the T-Mobile office & called their "Customer Service. " Explained my request, explained I was sitting in a T-Mobile office & was directed to call them to get the help I needed. The lady on the phone said, "You're in a T-Mobile office & you are calling me?" Yes ma'am, I am. She asked to speak to the T-Mobile agent & from my perspective, using my phone told him how to do his job. I did manage to accomplish my primary goal of having my own plan in my own name. The 5 employees "working" caught up in such captivating conversations, sharing whatever had little interest in serving or selling anything. I left, saying, "Maybe Verizon wants to sell me a phone."

Jay husband and I just upgraded our phone and plan. Not only were we ecstatic about the options and pricing T Mobile offers the customer service was 5 stars. Justin made the upgrade process easy. All of our concerns and questions were addressed in a knowledgeable, efficient and courteous manner.

Lazy employees that care nothing about customer service. They are rude and disrespectful. They act tuff until they get called out and they call the cops. Bye bye TMobile. There's service is trash.
