We absolutely LOVE Alicia! You want a GREAT cut, sit in the 2nd chair on the left and you will not leave disappointed!! My son and I absolutely love her and try so hard to get in her chair every time we go (about every two weeks). If we could guarantee her chair every time (with a small wait) we would!! Stylist: Everyone here is amazing. I personally trust my hair to Alicia all the time. She is extremely good at her job and I am so glad I found her. I’m from Knoxville and no matter distance, I’ll go get my haircut with her always. 100% recommended.

I had a super nice person but was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had I don't like leaving bad reviews but shout out to operation barber for taking me last minute but they said it was one of the worst cuts they have seen awhile and had to go damage control on it I do not recommend.

The lady with the buzz cut should only be allowed to do buzz cuts and cut children’s hair. She is not good enough to be cutting hair in a professional setting.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. None of the stylists are barbers they’re all cosmetologists who didn’t seem to cut the bill to work at Walmart. I had the worst experience the lady wasn’t even watching when she cut my hair and messed up bad (she hid this fact with product). I had to go to a professional barber weeks later when my hair finally grew back to get it fixed. I tried to settle this by asking for a refund in turn the stylist said you’ll have to talk to the owner. So I ask for his number and she proceeds to tell me, “ oh he lives in Nashville and doesn’t talk to customers” so she lied to me and than told me I’m all outta luck and refused to refund me. All while being extremely nasty. Her name I believe is misty and she insured me and my son and my future bloodline will never return to a sports clips and I recommend men in this area looking to get a professional cut for the same price to go to my man jays barbershop. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

I’ve been going to sports clips for years. Late last year I started getting my hair cut by a gentleman named Rob and let me tell you something. HE’S a GOAT! He takes time to learn your hair and get the job done right. He’s a real Great person and a talented barber. Im blessed he’s here to give some fresh fades.
