Well where to start. They ran spectrum fiber through my area. No one else serves this area so I thought I'd would be a good opportunity. My neighbor got hooked up within the first week of them setting up. That was in November. I signed up the next day and was told a tech would be out to install within the week. It's been nothing but the run around ever since. It's February 14 and I still have no install.i finally get a message today saying I'm scheduled for install on the 23rd. With an apology for the delay. Is it me or is almost 5 months quite a long delay. I'm still wanting to try the service seeing it's my only option but i gotta tell ya don't expect any kind of hurry from these guys. So far I've been more than disappointed.

We use Spectrum for our home and rental property. The staff is so helpful, both in the office and on the phone. The technicians do great work. We are very satisfied with our service and highly recommend this company.

Terrible in-store customer service! After spending an hour on the phone ahead of time to switch out my equipment and change plans, I arranged to pick up my equipment exchange in-house at Sevierville store. After waiting in line for 30 minutes with 5 folks ahead of me, 3 behind (bc only 1 person was working). I entered my acct info but they have no idea why I was there, or what I am supposed to swap out. Every question asked was I don't know, come back another day, I can't access your account etc (I heard this with everyone in front of me too). They tried to swap out what I brought in for the same stuff even though I told them I switched to streaming instead of cable box. Please train customer service reps BETTER!

An intimidating experience for older folks with technology over our heads...we were quickly made to feel comfortable, and everything was explained and demonstrated very nicely to help us make decisions.We left there satisfied. Thank you!

Terrible! If I could give a minus 10, I would!Was given false information,was not informed of any charges when I got home I found they had charged my account! Was quoted one price and billed for another. When I finally did get ahold of a person to speak with I had to ask for a manager. Manager didn't seem to care that I was going to cancel my service if I couldn't get a resolution. Very deceitful and unhelpful. Stay away from this company!

Waited in line hour and 10 min. Then told oh we can't do that we don't even have a key to that showcase. My problem ? I needed a new screen protector for my phone. Don't you think when you had people waiting that long you could at least make sure you can help them as they come in . The person was not professional, on the brink of being rude.

With all the new services, navigating to get a low cost/good tv plan can be a challenge, but Gator(spec rep) was extremely helpful and knew his business top to bottom...lucky me to have had him assisting me! Gator is the reason I am still a customer. Reward him well, he goes above and beyond with each client. ?

Spectrum used to be a dependable company,but over the last 2 years our Internet is constantly going out, speed drops everyday when school lets out.Now we're losing cable channels, but the company i pay (Spectrum) says its Disneys fault. Really !!! I don't pay Disney for my cable or internet.I agreed to pay x amount of money for x amount of programming and not lose programming that Spectrum agreed to provide when I signed up.My wife and I have been Spectrum customers for 10 +years.We will change providers if no improvements are made at Spectrum.
