Stole my money from fees and my car was stolen right from there lot the bank teller told the cops she saw someone trying door handles and didn't call the cops or notify the manager.

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. They couldn’t figure out how to do a wire transfer for my business account, a service we PAY FOR, so they decided to close all of my bank accounts (including personal) this branch and the employee Stephanie Bean need some serious reevaluation. My family and I have been banking here for years and I’m disgusted at how terrible it has become.

I am extremely disappointed in my experiences the past two days with the ladies at this branch. I had insufficient funds so I transferred money from one account to this one (So according to my SmartBank app it was now in the positives and clear to go back to normal use) and because it didn’t clear on their end before I started making purchases, I now have multiple $35 fees and the manager made it clear that she was not willing to drop the fees when my account should currently be in the positives right now.
