I came in here to buy a pair of shoes today while waiting on my tires to be put on, as I was walking in the manager watched me like I did something wrong. I look at a pair then sit in the chair they have and looked at another pair when I noticed he was following me. I went to look at another pair and he was staring at me. I took that a a que I wasn’t welcome left with out a purchase.

Sunday, June 16th, 2024. We are out of town so we are unaware of the hours. As we are walking up, we see employees looking out the window at us. We get to the door and the door is locked and the employees starts laughing as they are still looking at us out the window. We look at the hours on the sign and they closed. They closed at 7pm and when we arrived it was 8:45pm. I am fine with the store closing at that time, but what I did not appreciate was the fact that the employees literally stared at us and laughed at us as we went up to the door, unaware that they were closed and was rude and I found that disrespectful.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Mikey was so helpful in finding the size I needed and even helping me get an online order that they didn’t have in stock. And the girls at the register were so friendly and helpful!
I only went to “look”, but I ended up with three pair of shoes! Great selection and fantastic service!
