all i needed was a simple inspection on my car. when i called before i even said what i needed the man said they were booked, without even knowing what i was needing. awful customer service and didn’t help at all.

My daughters and I were traveling from SC. Started having some issues with my tires. My daughter found Sevierville Tire & Auto on Google.

My young adult kids and their friends were on a guys trip in the Sieverville/Gatlinburg area. Our SUV brakes were making a grinding noise. I found this business online near their rental house with good reviews, and told them to go there and have them check it out. This business replaced the rear brakes and rotors at a reasonable price and were back on the road in less than half of a day. Being from out of town, and knowing no one, it was nice to find this place! We Highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. They jumped right on it and patched my 4x4 tire that had a nail in it.
Other tire stores had a two hour wait time or wanted me to purchase a new tire. My tires are brand new and the one tire had a small nail it and was leaking air.
Don't let the outside stop you from coming here.

Found my tire about 12lbs down. I was in Gatlinburg and stopped at what I thought was a gas/service station. They didn't have anyone to help me but suggested Sevierville Tire and Auto. I obviously did not have an appointment, but they made sure to look at my car asap. Long story short, they treated me excellent, got my tire fixed up and back out to continuing our vacation.
I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks again for the Great Service!

We were traveling from Louisiana, one of our tires threw a belt. We went here, they ordered our tire and said they would call us by three o'clock the same day. They called by three o'clock and in about 45 minutes we were back on the road. I would recommend them highly.

These guys are awesome! My front brakes started grinding on my first day of vacation. I was told from a local to come to this place because they were honest and dependable. I took it in that next morning and got estimate 20 minutes later and pads and rotors were 1 hour later!! That’s service for you and especially going through vacation and getting your car back that quickly!! The price was also so reasonable!! Great job guys! And thank you!!

This place was MY SAVIOR on our recent trip to Tennessee!! I knew my front brakes were warped before we drove down from Chicago but they got REALLY BAD by the time we got to Gatlinburg. Sevierville Tire got me in the next day, replaced my front brakes at HALF the price of what I would have paid at home and did it all that morning, smiling and so nice the entire time. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!
