Called on a Friday and wasn’t able to get car in until the following Thursday. Told them my engine light was on and also there was a grinding noise when I put the car in reverse and tried to Back up. When I went to pick it up, they had not fixed the grinding part. They had to have known it was still there because they backed my car into a parking space. After I paid, I had them look at it again and it is engine mounts. They told me they couldn’t get it in again until the next Thursday, even though I had brought it in for that issue specifically. Additionally, it would be a four hour job and at least $500 in labor, not to include parts. They were told about the grinding noise twice. Once by myself and once by my husband. There is no reason they shouldn’t have fixed it in the first place and I have to wait two weeks before it is fixed. I canceled with them and scheduled somewhere else. I don’t recommend them.

We got an alert at 10pm, the night before our last day of vacation, that one of the tires was at 26 (they should be at 40). I started calling the next morning when shops opened. Everyone said two hour wait or unknown wait because they’d work us in. I called Rick’s and he said he was booked all day but to get there asap. I woke my husband up and he got there within 10min after adding air because it was down to 14. My husband was in and out within 10min. We managed to get a screw in the tire during our travels that day. Because of this shop, we didn’t miss out on our last day of vacation and the plans we made. Definitely call them first.

Took in my Lexus for 100,000 miles checkup. They did a great job. Did not try to upsell unnecessary parts. I will definitely go back.
