I had a sofa delivered from Rental Depot i bought from Big Lots and they canceled first delivery and then delivered late the last time. They dropped off the sofa and it had lots of pcs to put together. They would not put it together for me and I am 68 years old with arthritis! When I started trying to put it together I discovered it was damaged! So it now is sitting in the middle of my living room waiting for them to pick it up and take it back to Big Lots! I will not use this company again!

They stole 105$ out of my bank account ... I called in and made a small payment tword my sister's phone for her birthday 2 months ago and now .... apparently she hasn't paid it so they took the rest of it out of my bank account. Don't go there unless you want to be ripped off

7 years of purchases all under warranty during rental so any issue resolved immediately going back for a 80" flatscreen !!
