I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. I went to the store and I told the attendant that I never owned a fish before and I was looking into getting one and wanted to know more. She was not at all pleasant, but I still went ahead and tried to shop. She told me that I needed a 10 gallon tank if i was getting a fish and I would need to have the tank running for 24 to 48 hours. I left and I got all that I needed and I had set my tank up. I went back and she told me that I needed to get my tank conditioned and wait before I could put the fish in. I told her that I had work the next day and said that I could squeeze some time in my schedule and stop by. I went back to the store today and I spoke with her again and was even smiling and she had the nastiest attitude ever and told me she will send someone to me. When the other lady came, she advised that I needed to wait at least 1 month before I could out the fish in the tank. Now I am fine with waiting even though she advised me incorrectly, but when I went to the first lady i said, “ she said i cant get it until a month “ her response to me was.“Well you were so adamant on getting fish so I told you 24 hours” NOWWW i am a customer and i am eager and excited to get a fish tank, but not because i am eager u are going to give me wrong information as well as you are going to be nasty towards me. She is sooooo unpleasant and soooo rude. What kind of representative tells a customer wrong information to basically dismiss them and have them come back to the store WITH FALSE HOPE AND WRONG INFORMATION. WORSEE SERVICE EVER. TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THERE ARE PRETTY BETTER SMALLER AQUATIC PLACES NEARBY that are willing to EDUCATE YOU PROPERLY AND TRY TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR EVERY NEED

I was in the store tonight buying things for my sons hamster. Marc was very helpful! I had a lot of questions and he answered them all plus gave us some great tips and advice.
