DO YOU NEED A VET???? THIS IS THE PLACE !!! THANK YOU TO PARKWAY ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN SEVIERVILLE.. THANK YOU TO DR. CLINE AND ALL OF HIS STAFF FOR TAKING CARE OF ALL OF OUR FOUR PETS. DR CLINE AND STAFF EXPLAIN WHAT WHY AND HOW.. THEY WILL BE TREATING YOUR PET(S). I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF EMERGENCIES OVER THE LAST SEVEN YEARS I CALLED AND THE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF MY PET(S). I'M SO THANKFUL FOR THE KINDNESS EACH OF THE STAFF SHOWS WITH CARING FOR MY PETS THROUGH DENTAL, REGULAR YEARLY APPOINTMENTS, NAIL CLIPPINGS ETC. AND EMERGENCIES. THANK YOU ALL AT PARKWAY ANIMAL HOSPITAL. DR CLINE AND ALL STAFF FOR YOUR CARING NATURE AND TAKING EXCELLENT CARE OF MY PETS.

By the reviews, it seems like they are probably good people, but do not take short term emergencies. So unless you are psychic and can schedule a visit before your pet gets injured, they can’t help you.

I took my kitten here for a emergency and while my kitten was fighting for his life I could hear the nurses talking about how they was ready to leave and are not going to wait... my kitten didn't make it and I honestly feel like they didn't try cause they was ready to go home definitely wouldn't take a pet here again

I can't thank the vets and technicians at Parkway Animal Hospital enough. We are visiting and our Klee Kai was injured at a dog park and he was seen immediately after. It ended up he was injured worse than initially thought. He was seen first thing the next morning and treated quickly and professionally. He is feeling better! Thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about Parkway Animal Hospital. Dr. Neely and all of the staff are always extremely nice, helpful, and take amazing care of our puppy. I highly recommend them! They are the best!!

Over a week ago, one of the so called "Dental Technician" didn't tell us a name, took PICTURES of our baby, before and after anesthesia, testing, cleaning teeth. We still do not know why, it was NOT part of the service, and WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION! After we paid lots of money, and she show us very briefly pictures on her personal cell phone, we asked, forward them to our email or text, it has been over a week, we never got those pictures, when we called several times, and asked for the status of those pictures, we got treated very badly, like we are bothering them! Obviously the person who took pictures, without our consent, is using them for "medical purposes and such", since is so difficult to get them, as we are the owners of our dog on those pictures! Makes you wonder, why they won't send them to us!!!??? I mean come on it takes a few second to forward them to any device! Maybe there is something on those pictures, they do not want us or anyone to see....be aware of anyone taking pictures of your pet, without your permission, it is against to law, especially if you never received them!

I have all 7 of my dogs as patients. Today my 8 week old puppy who is already a patient got his leg closed in a door. He won't put any pressure on it. I called to bring him in for a possible broken leg. Your receptionist said, Bring him in tommorow at 2 or go to an emergency vet, we have already had too many walk ins. . I will be taking my animals someplace else since you feel like this. Disgusted!

Yesterday I was visiting from out of town and my 15 year old dog (my best friend) started to quickly decline. I googled vets near me with good ratings and found Parkway Animal Hospital. I already had an at home visit scheduled for Monday but I knew she wasn’t going to make it. I didn’t want to take her to just any animal hospital. Being that I was traveling, I didn’t have much of a choice so I drove her to Parkway Animal Hospital. They were so busy but they were able to work me into their schedule. Dr. Moore and her Vet Tech (I never did get her name) did an absolutely amazing job. She explained everything before doing it, told me what to expect to happen, was extremely patient and compassionate with me. I didn’t feel like an outsider and she treated me as if I had been coming there for years. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed. Her bedside manner and empathy truly felt from the heart. Once my dog passed (I already knew it had happened) she didn’t announce it, she didn’t say anything…she just touched my hand and I will never forget that. In the short amount of time I was there, I can’t say enough good things. Dr. Moore and her Tech went above and beyond and were absolutely amazing. This is the best place ever. I am so happy with this team of experts. They take care of many of my animals and I have success thanks to them. I would never ever consider anyone else.
