Over a week ago, one of the so called "Dental Technician" didn't tell us a name, took PICTURES of our baby, before and after anesthesia, testing, cleaning teeth. We still do not know why, it was NOT part of the service, and WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION! After we paid lots of money, and she show us very briefly pictures on her personal cell phone, we asked, forward them to our email or text, it has been over a week, we never got those pictures, when we called several times, and asked for the status of those pictures, we got treated very badly, like we are bothering them! Obviously the person who took pictures, without our consent, is using them for "medical purposes and such", since is so difficult to get them, as we are the owners of our dog on those pictures! Makes you wonder, why they won't send them to us!!!??? I mean come on it takes a few second to forward them to any device! Maybe there is something on those pictures, they do not want us or anyone to see....be aware of anyone taking pictures of your pet, without your permission, it is against to law, especially if you never received them!

Dr. Cline and staff are very knowledgeable and sincere when it comes to our animals. We lost 2 pets within months of each other to old age and they were so kind when we had to put them to rest. We appreciate having a local vet who is also open on Saturdays!

I've been going to Parkway Animal Hospital for the past 5 years and I trust them with my puppy's health. They always go the extra mile to make sure that my pet is well taken care of.

Staff and Dr. Cline was very professional and took very good care of my Anna Belle! I had to take her in as an emergency due to the groomer cutting her. They were very sympathetic and caring.

I called this office at 8 am to see if there was any availability in the next few days. The woman was very nice and told me she had a cancellation the following day at 1pm. Since I hadn't been there before, she advised me she would contact the other vet for the records. I provided her the name. It's now 2pm and I called to follow up to see if they had received the records. The lady who answered was not at all helpful. She told me they don't request records bc they are too busy. Then said she thinks I called the wrong office! I told her my call log had this number and I even said that I called at 8:18am. She was quiet a moment then said: we have a euthanasia and shots at 8. This is not the right office. At this point I had repeated myself multiple times- I said; NO YOURE MISTAKEN- I said I CALLED TODAY AT 8 & they gave me an appointment for 1pm. She got very indignant when I said forget it, bc I don't have faith in this place if this is how just a phone call goes. She said something about them being busy and hung up. I wouldn't take my pet here. No one should be so unprofessional in a medical practice!

They were so kind, caring and considerate .I felt safe for them to take care of my dog. Lovely people. Dr. Sarah Burkett and Miss Maggie were fantastic!!??

I needed to get shots for my dog on short notice. They were very friendly, nice and I didn't have to wait long at all. A friend of mine had recommended them.
