I would recommend people not to waste their money, it is a gym where they force you to fulfill a 3-year contract and they also add an extra payment according to them for the maintenance of the gym but they still always have 3 or more machines out of service, the jacuzzi It remains dirty and the parking lot is full of holes

I would recommend people not to waste their money if they really care, it is a gym where they force you to fulfill a 3 year contract and they also charge you extra money 2 times according to them for the maintenance of the gym but they still always have 5 or more machines Out of order, the jacuzzi does not work or is dirty and the parking lot looks like a place for off-roading.

Broken machines take weeks upon weeks to get fixed. And the leaking ceiling is cause for concern.

They are good at taking advantage of people who do not speak English because they do not say anything about their contracts and do not give options to get out of the contract and now I have to go to training because I am forced to pay for something that I do not like and I cannot get out until I have completed 2 years with the contract alone. they take advantage

The people at the Sevierville location are GREAT. I recommend them at 5 stars. HOWEVER, national fitness vorporate could do much better. As of this review, March 2024, this location has FIVE broken machines. One of which has been broken since April of 2023!!! Why? Because this location gets its equipment from other locations when "corporate" decides to send them because they were replaced elsewhere. A machine being broken for a full year is an absolute reflection on NFC corporate and shows they aren't fully committed to this location.

DO NOT EVER GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!! We had a family sickness & I had to move. I called to cancel & told them I was on a fixed income and have been paying for a PT for 8 months & not even going to the gym. They will not let me out of my contract even though I've told them I can't afford the $195 cancelation fee and they've been getting $70 a month from me for months. No exceptions to the contract! So I have to continue to pay $70 a month or pay the $195 cancelation fee. All out for the money!!! Bad business there should be exceptions to the contract in certain circumstances beyond someone's control, but there isn't.

I understand the low rating!!! The rudest people! A trainer just told me verbatim (i need you out of here, out of this room now. Cause it's private training and now). I do not know if this was an attack because of racism or just they're rude there which is same for me! So disrespectful and rude. I stayed for two more seconds and he said " seriously out" don't waist your money, go elsewhere! I am filling a complaint

It’s a good gym don’t get me wrong and I’ve been decently happy with my membership. But $55 a month and then an extra $25 per quarter, I believe it was, for maintenance is wild.Normally I’d say it makes sense but when you see 6+ machines out of order for the last several months for simple cables, bent barbells and missing barbell clips, it seems the maintenance fees are being wasted.Sevier’s bathroom is clean and nice but the Maryville and Knox gyms are riddled with black mold.Overpriced for what you get if you just need a place to lift because “classes are included” and there’s weird weekend hours. I’ve been to probably 10 gyms in my life and this one isn’t bad or great tbh. But your standard big box gym. If maintenance fees actually went towards maintenance and the showers actually got deep cleaned the price would make sense and I wouldn’t have any feedback.

This gym is full of nothing but liars they directly lied to my face I got a gym membership about 2 years ago I only wanted it for one year the said ok but once the year is up it will turn to auto payments I was fine with that I try to cancel because I lost my job and currently make no money for about 2 months now come to find out the contracts states it’s for 3 years I looked at this man dead in the face and said is it for one year and he said yes sir doesn’t help that the lady on the phone said that I’m basically stuck with this I’m gonna talk to my lawyer friend for this my advice don’t ever come here don’t even bother with them you can’t get out from them they basically own you
