I've been coming here for 9 months and have had no issues.
Well, the last 2 wks I've been chasing an vibration issue on my truck. Went through 3 ball joints on the passenger side.
2 autozone ball joints - they were bad out the box
1 napa ball joint - had play after install.
The guy there is aware of my issues and was literally trying to refuse to sell me another ball joint. (Almost to an argue) I was dumbfounded since he gets paid the same whether I buy something or not, why's he coming off like it's personal.
Needless to say, I got another one along with additional parts. (All my truck steering components are now new)
My truck is fixed and back to normal.
I replaced tie rods, ball joints, steering damper, 4x4 universal joints, wheel bearings and steering linkage

I had to replace a dead battery in my truck so I took an Uber to the store. When I walked in I was greeted right away. The lady who works there (wish I could remember her name, sorry) was soooo helpful. After finding the right battery, she even offered to loan me her tool bucket to help change the battery. I decided to buy what I needed. Got a ride back, got the battery changed, and it worked perfectly. Thanks to the team who was there on Saturday the 21st of October. Caleb, much thanks to you.
