“I reserved a climate-controlled unit at the New Center Rd location last week. Within minutes I had first a text, then a phone call and voicemail from Kimberly (I was away from my phone). She answered right away when I called back and could not have been more pleasant and friendly. She gave me codes, explained locations, and was incredibly outgoing. Payments are easily made online. The unit itself is *very* clean, very easy to access, and well lit in the hallways. Each building has several exterior entry doors making access to units inside closer for furniture and heavy box delivery/storage. Clearly they use pest control (you cannot blame a storage unit for what might be brought in, but they do treat, and it appears to be a regular basis). There were no harsh smells, though. The climate-control is outstanding for summer heat and moisture protection (I’ll assume the same for winter). We purchased our lock and keys from them, making the entire experience one of the easiest things we’ve done since starting our remodel.

One or two notes: Each unit is kept locked until your arrival with a plastic and wire lock. Probably easily broken by most, but as an older couple, we could have used pliers or wire cutters. The lock we purchased was new, and in one of those difficult to open clear hard plastic containers – we needed scissors to open them. Again, many might not have an issue! Overall, I would strongly recommend Affordable Storage Guys.”
