My husband and I went in here hoping to find shoes in his size. Most places don’t carry a size 15 so he buys shoes typically once a year. Sherry asked if we needed help and went above and beyond to help him find shoes. She looked through the entire stock in the back to find shoes for my husband. She focused on us for about 30 minutes. She was incredible. My husband left with the 2 new pairs of shoes but tried on 7+, the most he’s ever had an option of. Sherry never made us feel pressured to buy shoes, but wanted to find the perfect ones for him. Fantastic customer service from Sherry!

I have a bigger feet (15) and shoe shopping is a nightmare. Most stores I’ll ask if they have any in my size and I’m greeted with a shoulder shrug and a maybe. Sherry and the rest of the crew jumped at the chance and I have never been so overwhelmed with options and support. Thank you. Best shoe shopping experience I’ve had in a long long time.

Outstanding customer service! Brandon (I think) #71521 went above and beyond helping me find the right boots! I ended up buying two pairs and socks ! I live in tourism too and sometimes it is hard to show a compassion and love for your work because we see so many people daily. He did it all! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and time. Job well done!

My wife bought a pair of Merrill hiking boots to take on an Alaskan trip. First time I put them on my feet. The eyelets popped out when I started to tie my shoes, embarrassing and frustrating.

These are the pros!!! Got totally dialed in with some durable water shoes. And, amazing hiking shoes! I mentioned that my feet pronate inwards; they suggested I try out this machine that examines weight distribution for my stance and recommended the right kind of insoles. They encouraged opening the box and walking all around in everything. I have a superb fit that feels like walking on pillows ahhh. I am notoriously hard to please with shoes and am delighted. Truly an enjoyable experience!!!
